Nose: Rich, sticky and sweet on the nose. The PX dominates with cranberries, raisins and maple syrup jumping out of the glass whilst a subtle smoke stirs in the background.
Palate: Robust and round, presenting a more balanced and nuanced profile than the nose with toffee pennies, roasted cashew nuts, cranberry jelly, burnt butter and cinnamon. A drop of water opens up a plethora of spices and a touch of orange oil.
