Nose: A strong hit of brine upfront with soft vanilla, runny honey and some subtle orchard fruits. Cracked black pepper lingers in the background of this peaty cask strength beast.
Palate: Creamy vanilla and mango peel give way to charcoal and the honey from the nose develops into a Manuka style; rich and thick. Dense peat smoke lingers through a long and slightly astringent finish.
