Nose: Soft and plump baked apricots are joined by succulent peach melba, apple peels and lemon-tinged polish. Barley water provides softness whilst sunflower oil adds discernible depth. In the background, fruit-tea infusions and freshly picked mint leaves.
Taste: Bright and fresh with Galia melon, white grapes and freshly-picked apricots. Icing sugar sweetness rolls around the palate with candied lemon peels and a finely polished oak bowl.
Finish: White and yellow fruits linger and are livened by a dash of orange bitters.
