Nose: Sweet with deep fudge notes and vanilla. A little honeysuckle lingers in the background.
Palate: Sweet vanilla and fudge come through first. There is a touch of florality whilst Peach Melba flavours stretch across the middle palate. The florality grows with a little water.
Finish: The fruity spirit character comes through on the finish with a little contrasting wood spice which then persists leaving the finish dry and spicy.
